This is an album in it's entirety, with music and voice recordings by me, Derek Hunter the Chaos Riddler, read from passages from The Great Man Willy Shakes' (yes William Shakespeare) plays. Being as it is called Shakespeare - The Dark, these passages are, obviously, dark in tone.

Anaïs Nin on Women who Inspired Her

What a fucking brilliant individual Nin was. This video makes me want to get back into her again but now (yes a male) in my mid-30's and not a young man in his early 20's (who back then saw her as less important than DH Lawrence and Henry Miller, but to me now is more interesting and a better writer). Also excellent for the women she discusses. I'd forgotten about Lou Salome and the kind of person she was and the effect she had on the men in her life. I remember when seeing a photo of her and Nietszche then finding out she called off the engagement between them, and knowing how fascinating she was, it explained so much to me about Friedrich.

Prince of Wands in the Thoth Tarot

I always had a suspicion that the description Crowley wrote in the Book of Thoth for the Prince of Wands was a description of himself.  I don't want to compare myself to The Great Beast but this card represents myself as well (according to Crowley's intro to the Court Cards in the Book of Thoth).
